Dear Pacific Waves Building Lot Owners, Residents and Property Managers.
As part of the long term maintenance and upgrade program of the PWB, your Executive, on behalf of the Owners’ Corporation (OC) SP 61139 has directed me to have the balcony door and window rollers to your apartment, (the property of the Owners Corporation), replaced or serviced, whichever is necessary.
Accordingly, as Building Manager, I have organised this repair/replacement for the following dates:
Date: Monday 18th April 2015
Time: between 8.00am and 5pm, on levels commencing level 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.
Approximately 5 minutes is needed to inspect, repair or replace the above mentioned rollers in your apartment.
Please assist us with the following:
1. access to all PWB units will be required on the above mentioned date to carry out the repairs, and
2. if you cannot be available at the above mentioned time and date please appoint a representative to be there on your behalf. Alternatively, as Building Manager, I have been authorised by the OC to use a key (where a key has been provided) to gain access to your apartment.
